Our story, our team, and our Montessori philosophy
Founded in 2010 by Dr. Anita Sharma, Petunia Montessori was born from a simple belief: children are natural learners. What they need is the right environment, not instruction. We started with 12 children in a single classroom. Today, we serve over 180 families across Bengaluru.

The Montessori method, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, treats each child as a unique individual with an innate desire to learn. Our classrooms are carefully prepared environments where children choose their own work, move freely, and develop at their own pace - building independence, focus, and a genuine love for learning.
